My SB printed out the payment details for me from Allegro. She said the date and time apply to the transfer, not the instruction. Which I can't quite imagine, since a transfer is only supposed to take 24 hours. Hopefully, you can see the image.
It's well known that Germany is heavily indebted. A large portion of this debt is held by the Bundesbank. However, since the Bundesbank has no private owner, I conclude that it must belong to the federal government. But then wouldn't the federal government be indebted to itself?
