I took this photo in Dalarna, Sweden. There's also a waterfall nearby (Styggforsen). These things look a bit like mushrooms, but they could also be lichens… Lichens are hybrids of fungi and something else, that's how I remember it.

I don't have any special horse/mane rubber bands, just regular little ones, also made of rubber. Do those work? And can I leave the horse in the pasture without any worries or should I take the braids out first?
