Why are the monitoring/control/supervisory authorities doing too little? understaffed, no granted authority subject to instructions?
In the US (as far as I know), you have to pay 0% interest on money borrowed from banks. First question: is it really true that the US has a 0-1% interest rate? Second question: why do banks lend money at all? They profit virtually nothing from such transactions.
Which banks are the strictest when it comes to accepting new customers? This doesn't necessarily have to be due to minor credit issues, but simply because they don't like the idea or other reasons.
