What is the difference between a regular Bahncard 50 and the "My Bahn Card 50"?

The city fare for area 50 in Frankfurt am Main is included in the Bahncard (100). However, area 50 does not include the airport. Does this mean I can take the ICE/IC/RE to the airport, but not the S-Bahn?
