Can the Astro A50X microphone cancel noise?

Hello, After much deliberation, I bought the Astro 50x and, apart from one minor issue, I'm extremely happy with it. My friends have reported that they can hear the keyboard through the headset. Is there any way to adjust this so that only my voice is heard?

I don't know how, but the headphones somehow became quieter with one step… Was that the case for you too? Does anyone know of better headphones for listening to and producing HIFI gaming music?
