Normally the rule of thumb is one year But I think most psychoses are more "extreme" than a few hours of psychosis and then delusional activity. And there was a trigger—it didn't come on its own.
Did I understand correctly that it has a balancing/equilibrating effect? That if there is too much of a neurotransmitter, it is reduced – and if there is too little of the neurotransmitter, it is increased?
I only have 15mg tablets at home. I took one this morning, but I felt weak and tired for hours. Would half a dose be okay? How long should you take them to notice their effectiveness or ineffectiveness?

I feel like I can't lose weight, no matter what I do. It never used to be a problem. I weigh 120 kg (264 lbs). I've never had that before. Since I started taking psychotropic medication, I've been getting fatter and fatter.
