I'm thinking about buying some to try but I'm wondering if it's worth it because they're supposed to keep you full. How long do they keep you full?
Hello, I have a question. I wanted to make my 5-minute terrine and take my hot water in the thermos flask with me. Will that work and how much water do I need for 1 cup?
I'm specifically referring to 5-minute terrines. For example, the package says it contains 100g, and the 100g contains the calorie content. But if you go by the value that refers to a serving, i.e., boiling it with water, the calorie content is significantly higher. Why is that? Water doesn't conjure up nonexistent energy.
I just happened to be in there. What could it be?
I'm afraid of getting sick from it, after 1-2 months I would immediately start eating healthy again
The question is above. These are the kind of cups that already have the food inside, and all you have to do is add boiling water. I personally like some of them, but I rarely eat them.
I'm flying with Airberlin on Monday for almost four hours over lunch. But as there is no real free lunch there, I was thinking of taking a Maggi 5-minute terrine with me and having hot water prepared for me. Is this allowed and will the stewardesses do this? mfg Serena
