Not enough content in the tablet pack?

Hello. I take Ramipril twice a day and always get a 100-count pack of N3 tablets.

last prescribed on 21.07.

Today I noticed that the pack is almost empty and only has enough for 2 days.

I definitely didn't take too much. Could it be that there wasn't enough in the package?

what can I do now?

You don't pay attention to whether it always fits.

Hello,

did you get a N2 break instead of a N3? The N2 naturally contains fewer tablets, so you don’t get too long.

To date, it has only happened to me once in my career that a pack was actually filled incorrectly. In the pharmacy, of course, you do not open any packaging and check whether everything is really okay.

Several weeks after receiving the package, the pharmacy will not take it back, because the missing blisters can be somewhere at your home and have fallen out without it being noticed. If the absence of tablets had been noticed immediately and if the complaint had taken place immediately, the drug would have been safely exchanged and the error could be reported to the manufacturer.

But that’s not gonna leave you anything else than getting a new prescription from the doctor.

I can’t imagine, but it’s not going to be explained otherwise.

Just tell the doctor you got a wrong pack size last time and need a new recipe.

Get a new recipe and make sure that the right package is handed out in the pharmacy.

You’ll be fooled.

I understand. You can’t have taken too much of the pills every week.
