Hey, Ich (M/14) habe jetzt seit 2 Tagen schmerzen an meinem Nacken/ seitlichen Hals. Nicht direkt an der Halsschlagader sondern etwas dahinter. Der Schmerz zieht sich vom unteren Hals/Nacken zum Ohr. Es ist so ein stechen. Ist das meine Hyperchondrie die da einfach Sachen macht oder ist da was? (Gehe wahrscheinlich Freitag zum Kinderarzt weil…

Hallo zusammen, ich nehme jetzt ca schon 2 Jahre snus ( also Nikotin Beutel) und will jetzt aufhören! habe jetzt schon 2 Tage geschafft aber es fällt mir ziemlich schwer- gibt es Tipps sich abzulenken oder Ersatz zu finden? Kaugummi, Scooper, etc? danke für die Antworten im Voraus
