The only solution was the Secure apps and datato reset the device and then restore the fuse.

These are contents that are neither film, music, apps or documents, such as cache, protocols and other system resources, photo previews of messengers or iOS updates.

Rescue:

– Connecting device to PC via cable

– make a sync with iTunes / Finder

– Delete cache from Safari (Settings, Safari, History & Delete website data)

If there is an update of iOS, make.

further remedy:

– Delete emails and messages with large attachments

– Delete chats in messenger or at least photos and videos from them

If all this doesn’t help:

– Make backup with iTunes

– then restore iPhone from backup

The storage needs of system files should now have fallen sharply

Yes, you can try to delete the system data on your iPhone to release space. Go to settings > General > iPhone memory. There you can see how much storage space the system data is showing and select the “Delet System Data” option to remove it. Note, however, that deletion of system data can take some time and you may not be able to return to older system versions after deletion.

Then I don’t know. I haven’t had an Iphone for a few years. I still had it.
