Synology Deep Learning NVR1622? Surveillance camera?

Can anyone tell me if the Synology Deep Learning NVR1622 also supports cameras with 4K or higher resolutions? According to the internet, this is stated.
We recommend installing cameras that support Full HD resolution (1920×1080) and 20 FPS (frames per second) or higher.
Since I am currently considering whether I should buy a Synology Deep Learning NVR1622 and use it to store my images and run the surveillance cameras
or
Should I buy another Synology hard drive for storing pictures, a cheaper one :D, and also buy a surveillance camera with a recorder.
