For about three days, I've felt a very large and painful lymph node under my chin, about 3 cm wide and 4 cm long. It also hurts quite a bit when swallowing and moving my head. Directly below it, I have a painful lump diagonally above my larynx on one side of my right side. What could it be? Do I need to see a doctor about it?
