Switch small LEDs one after the other?

Hi, is it possible (preferably small and inexpensive) to switch, for example, two LEDs (as shown in the picture) one after the other? So that one turns on first, then two, then all turn off, and then it repeats itself (1 LED, 2nd LED, 1st and 2nd off, 1st LED…).

And without any Arduino etc.

Thank you in advance

These are the LEDs /\

Yes, this can also be realized with semiconductors and consensusrs.

Depends on how many LEDs and how fast they should flash. Look for “open light”.

Google times voltage drop and flow. You can’t cross them.
If things are really for 12 V, there is also a resistance in there. Then you can switch it in parallel at 12 V DC without any doubt, but look at it beforehand!

I wouldn’t trust the offer.
