I would explain the project with the local test base (TÜV, DEKRA). As it is probably an original part, there will be no expert opinion. There is always the best consultation with the local expert.

In principle, however, should not be a problem as long as the part is properly installed.

if you stick on a spoiler, the material must be checked and have an approval (ABE; E number etc.) and you should be clear with the glue if it is not screwed. you don’t want the one to go away and decapitate the following motor cyclist.

if the spoiler is attached to the swift sport, there is nothing against installing it on your swift (which does not drive faster or is subject to higher demands). he will also have an approval, otherwise he might not be at the sport model.

Ask your suzuki dealer, maybe he’s sticking…. or get another tailgate where he’s already on.
