SV narben, wie krieg ich sie weg?
Triggerwarnung vllt weil geht halt um SV und wer nichts über dieses thema hören kann einfach gehen 😙
Hallo erstmal, also ich habe schonmal so einen beitrag gemacht aber behauptet ich wäre in einen dorn/stachelbusch gefallen weil es mir irgendwie peinlich war bzw. ich hab mich geschämt aber ich hab bisschen mehr mut bekommen also wollte ich gerne wissen ob jemand weiß wie man SV(=Selbsverletzung) narben wegbekommt bzw. ob man sie überhaupt weg kriegt.
Es gibt Leute mit narben die so leicht dick sind also quasi wenn man sie anfasst sind die wie so eine höchere “schicht” , solche habe ich nicht die sind eher wie so sehr deutliche weiße striche also man erkennt sehr gut das sie von SV kommen.
Würde mich über antworten und tipps freuen
(bitte nicht sagen ich soll damit leben oder ich sollte mich nicht schämen weil ich einfach gerne mal wieder in der öffentlichkeit in t-shirt rumlaufen will da ich seit anfang 2023 keine t-shirts mehr in der öffentlichkeit tragen wollte/konnte)
