Sushi is soft, I have a brace myself, and I can eat it normally, I have a bracket left because the paprika or inner stuff in the sushi was hard, but whether it was really on the sushi or whether it was off before, I don’t know. With chewbons or the like or hard stuff, you can’t, otherwise the brackets go off, but soft things you can, including sushi.

That’s what your jaw surgeon says. Actually, there are exact requirements.

You can eat whatever you want, as long as it is not hard or sticks.
