Dietary supplements in dairy products?

If you have been drinking a glass of milk every day, you have supplied the following nutrients:

  • about 10% of your daily need for vitamin A
  • 15% vitamin K
  • 10% vitamin B1
  • 35% vitamin B2
  • 12% vitamin B3
  • 15% vitamin B5
  • 6% Vitamin B6
  • 10% vitamin B7
  • 100% Vitamin B12
  • 10% potassium
  • 30% calcium
  • 10% magnesium
  • 30% phosphorus
  • 10% zinc
  • 12% linoleic acid

If you no longer drink milk, you have to feed these nutrients elsewhere. How this goes, you can calculate here: http://www.naehrwertrechner.de

You’re avoiding all milk products? Otherwise, if you are varied and fed from all other food groups, I do not see so many problems.

However, you should keep an eye on your calcium supply. A calcium-rich mineral water would be a simple source for this mineral. For example also broccoli and green cabbage.

What does milk contain, what could not be taken in other ways?

I didn’t rule out. It’s dangerous if you just say, eat or drink something else.

Well, that’s exactly the other way, but it’s replaceable.

*Supplements

The blood count at the “normal” family doctor is worth a little. That’s just a condition. Many parameters that are enormously important are usually not measured at all.

Example:

Earlier, I never looked at the magnesium mirror and had constant headaches and severe cramps. Since I drink mineral water with high magnesium content and additionally consume magnesium tablets as well as spray, the complaints have gone completely.

In addition, L-arginine, folic acid, zinc, omega 3 (if I do not eat fish), vitamin C (2x 450 mg daily), vitamin E, as well as 1 x weekly vitamin D 20,000 i.E.
