I'm flying to Italy tomorrow and I'm not sure if I can bring protein powder/supplements in my checked luggage. Are there any guidelines or maximums?
Had a slice of toast for breakfast and blueberries with a protein bar :// I'm afraid I'll gain weight from it
I have 1kg of it. Could this just be a mild intolerance?
I received something as a gift from a Michelin-starred chef, but unfortunately I didn't ask further about what it was. Anyway, it smells citrusy, a bit like ginger (?) I have the feeling. You can probably just spread it on bread

I just like it and have two delicious drinks!
Supplement not directly, but hawthorn tea is very good. Works both strengthening for heart and circulation as well as nerve-absorbing.
If there are capsules, there is also a mixture of garlic-mistel-white mandrel.
A healthy and balanced diet is complete.
