Hello, are sunglasses with tint level 3 good for Europe for walking around the city because in other countries like Africa you need sunglasses with a very high tint level because the UV radiation there is much higher than here in Europe?

For here, even 2 would be enough if you don’t have a vacation on a lake or in the mountains.
