Sunexpress flight booked with Booking, what now?
Hey, I booked a flight to Turkey through Booking yesterday for next week and then received this email: Your flight to xxx is confirmed – thank you for your booking! You will receive another email with all the details about your flight and check-in.
In the meantime, you can access your booking details and review your flight itinerary, travel details, and baggage allowance.
I didn't receive the second email, but I did receive a link to the booking information, customer reference number, PIN, and a unique email address for checking in with Sunexpress. When I get to the Sunexpress website to check in (I know that's not possible yet), I have to check that I booked the flight through Sunexpress, because otherwise, the only option is through a tour operator. Is that correct? And is it normal that I haven't received the second email I was supposed to receive (yet)?

So I haven't flown SunExpress forever. But for me, it looks as if they have changed the system, but have not adapted the text in their mail.
Because as I read it, you now have everything you need via the link. Right?
Yes, so the booking number and everything has been done. After writing the question, however, read in their Q&As that this may take a few days before the second mail arrives and am now somewhat relieved hahaha. Just wanted to know if someone can share their experience with Booking and Sunexpress and verify whether the “normal” is. Thank you for your answer. Write in again when I'm hot there
