Suicidal thoughts your definition?
What do you think ….
Are there suicidal thoughts when you have the desire to die or rather when you can imagine actually doing it, dealing with the topic, anticipating the pain of dying beforehand, often thinking about doing it and how… Or is it just a bit of both? :')
How do you define real suicidal thoughts that should be taken seriously?
Hello,
suicidal thoughts are simply and in a gripping manner thoughts which are aimed at bringing about one’s own death, i.e. to commit suicide.
Outer suicidal thoughts are fundamentally serious; even if only a spontaneous mood or even a piety-free joke is father of thought. Especially people who find suicide thoughts “sufficient” do it well when the head is just moved by taking their “funny” for full.
Which triggers have suicidal ideas does not matter for the definition itself. In addition, serious suicidal thoughts are not always the actual desire to die. Most suicidal people do not even want to die, besides death, do not see any other way out of their immediate, painful situation (more). That’s exactly what happened to my two suicide attempts 14 and 17 years ago.
To deal with this subject, on the other hand, there is no reference to the idea of suicide.
Greetings,
Matsi.
Suicidal ideas and suicide projects are m.E. 2 pairs of shoes. Anyone who wants to put an end to his life is also successful, and does not first feed tablets and then calls the doctor. You don’t get up, while you’re waiting for someone to come to the house, and you’re definitely not going to live with his sucidal thoughts.
In order to succeed in killing yourself, it needs determination and courage.
If you seriously consider going to end your life.
I’m standing on my balcony and I’m thinking that if I jump now, I’m dying?
But these are so stupid thoughts that are normal, don’t be serious, but if you really think that this is an option and also a very appalling one, then that’s a problem.
The thoughts when one is far above and the thought has “Spring” also has a name, called “Call of the Void”. I know this is a falsely interpreted danger. The head will warn you that you must not fall, but put it around
I know:D is a protective mechanism.
Often it is not directly “sucide thoughts” but a wish for rest. So “I would have rested dead.” But the transition is flowing and a direct definition is difficult. But suicidal thoughts are rather in the direction that one wants to take oneself life or has thought to do so.
Thinking about everything. Only if it takes concrete forms of implementation, such as detailed planning, would I call it a threatening suicide idea.
Would definitely classify thoughts as a suicide.
And yes, you should definitely take that seriously! No matter how small the thought is, it is certainly worth always trusting someone to talk about it.
