Hello, have read me some other answers and you seem to be unable to get any professional help. I understand you very much because in some moments I play very deep inside with the thought. However, there is always another solution (even if I know you don’t want to hear it now). The best thing I just remember is remembering your most beautiful memory and remember that there were better times and these if you really want to come back and banish as much as possible stressful and uncomfortable from your life. Look for things that are really fun for you and if the Netflix is chilling or just be alone then that’s the way. There are always people who can support you and can’t stand it if you were striving. Life is too short so we shouldn’t finish it before. Make out of your life what you love with the people you love and who love you. <=3

Saufen is a very bad idea to escape your own negative feelings. No one’s good 24/7.

Sports is a mood brightener, even learning to play an instrument can help you express your sadness or anger if you don’t want to talk about it.

The latter also improves your chances of getting to know people.

I think that’s the most important thing to say. You should definitely get help in such a situation and that’s great to at least address it (even if it’s just a good question, but look here you get help)

In these questions I always answer the same..I always helped the very simple meditation at the time.. Just 20 minutes immediately after getting up thinking nothing.

Simply put 20 minutes comfortably (no cutter seat) on the breathing focus to suck and don’t think of anything👍
