Sucralose and heat?
Hello,
I usually read that heating, for example cooking with sucralose, is not a problem because it can never get hotter than 100 degrees.
Now I was wondering, if I boil the Uncle Ben's sauce with sucralose and let it simmer for a bit, then it will come into contact with the pot and at least there the temperature should be well over 100 degrees, after all the contents have to get hot somehow and the gas flame has direct contact with the bottom of the pot.
No.
