This is called addiction and rarely leads to the goal.

No way.

Each addiction also has any long-term/following. The more addiction you have/haved, even after one another, the more you harm your body.

There are extremely many addictions, but here as an example: ask one who was extremely overweight and then magical. Both cause their own, but in both cases also permanent and/or damage to the body which occurs only as a late sequence.

Therefore, changes are good, but not from one hyper-extreme to another. Then it only hurts in addition.

I don’t think that’s good. In terms of work, justice, I have experience with addiction and I have not experienced it yet. The reality is often that someone has several types of addiction. Drug addiction, alcoholics, addiction and addiction to nasal spray, no joke!, were one of the highlights I met with a person alone.

Known a former drug addict who came away from that addiction with the help of a free church, but was now completely taken by faith and church structure.

Yeah, he’s physically better. Psychically, he is still in complete dependence. Hope he will find a solution sometime.

Therefore, another addiction can have certain advantages, but the way should be completely out.

I know a man who has replaced his alcohol addiction by the addiction to participate in as many special places as possible in the world (example: Chinese Wall) in a marathon race. He’s topfit today.

Ask him and his bone structure again in a few years. Then it will have changed guaranteed…

So, so… 25 years extremely much marathon, at a very high age for it, should have stayed without any consequences, even in spite of its former alcohol addiction?

Sorry, but that’s really zero credible!

If this habit/sight is a lot better “healthy”, you can take this to a pamper.
That’s what you do with other drugs/etc, for example, to finally get away from it.

But I would not just take anything then, but talk to nem doctor/professor what is own, etc.

Greetings and Good luck to you

A addiction is not generally good.

For example, if you are strong alcohol addiction, it would be much healthier depending on sport or sex.
