Looking for a horror film on Netzkino?

I'm looking for a horror film that was once available on YouTube. It was a few years ago, but I found the film entertaining.

The film was about a few teenagers who were going on vacation to the country or something. There, they met two guys, one of whom was apparently mentally disabled. I think his name was Caleb. Anyway, the teenagers were kidnapped one by one and murdered in the villa where the two guys lived with their father. I think only one girl survived, and she got along well with Caleb. I think Ron Jeremy also had a brief cameo in the film, but I'm not sure.
