in the budget you will not get a good new graphics card. Look at eBay or want. You’re gonna be a little bit more for the money. Such a GTX 1060 6GB, GTX 1070(Ti), RX 580 8GB should be suitable there.

In the price segment you get nothing good. So look for used graphics cards, you’re not doing anything wrong.
