Looking for the perfect Go Pro for me?

Hi everyone, I'm looking for a Go Pro because I go hiking often and generally want to capture a lot of "nature" footage in good quality. I also plan to do IRL streams with it, so it should be compatible. I don't know much about these things, so I'd appreciate any tips or comments. (*^_^*) My pain threshold would be €200-250. It would be great if you could recommend/suggest a few things for me! I'm looking forward to your replies 🙂
