Looking for a movie?

I was just a kid so I only know what was in the movie.

It was about four people who met in a hotel. One was Asian, the others weren't. Suddenly, there were zombies inside, and they were armed with weapons. The old man had a shotgun with a wooden stick stuck across it to make it look like a cross. The Asian man had acid-filled balloons that he threw at the zombies. At the end, you see that the hotel was built on top of an Aztec temple. You can see it sticking out at the end.
