Looking for an old (horror) movie?

Looking for a movie I saw briefly as a child.

The only scene I saw from the movie is.

A woman and a man are in a laboratory, and the woman is examining a small white worm in a dry-glove compartment. She picks up the worm with forceps.

The worm climbs onto the pliers on her glove and eats its way through. Shortly afterwards, several worms come out of her ear.

The film was recorded on cassette back then, so unfortunately I don't know what year it is from.

I would be grateful for any ideas on what the film could be called.
