Hello, I recently poured vinegar essence on my light gray mottled cotton sweatpants because there was a dried tomato sauce stain (made from small tomatoes and garlic). Afterward, I washed them somewhat with water. Now I'm worried that if I throw them in the washing machine, the smell will continue and the stain will stay.

I ordered a perfume from Douglas that I then decided I didn't want anymore. I therefore refused to accept it, and the package was supposedly returned to Douglas. However, I now have an invoice from them, and I suspect the package was stolen at DHL. Who is responsible for this? Do I have to pay?
I’d rather write to them, and say that you’ve changed. And want to keep one of the articles, and send the other two back. Otherwise, there might be trouble if you have marked three items as return, but only two of them will send back.
A semi-displaced company will remember and unpredictably reimburse only the 2 articles.
