Stvo wiederspruch einlegen?
Vorgeworfen wird mir das haltegebot der Polizei Beamten nicht befolgt zu haben(§36 1,5. §49. §24, 1,3 nr 5; 129 Bkat) aber auch, dass ich keinen führerschein vorzeigen konnte(§4,2. §75 FeV. §24,1,3 nr5. 168Bkat) ist das nicht widersprüchlich? Ich habe es schließlich befolgt, nur zu spät? Des weiteren wird mir vorgeworfen kein abblendlicht eingeschaltet zu haben obwohl Schnee zwar lag, aber nicht gefallen ist. Außerdem ist die lichteinstellung immer automatisch eingestellt. Dass ich fahrsteifenmarkierungen (die durch den Schnee der auf dem Boden lag nicht zu sehen war) nicht beachtet hab und sogar in den Gegenverkehr gefahren bin wird mir auch fälschlicherweise vergeworfen. Ich fühle mich maximal verA und will dagegen vorgehen. Habe ich da eine Chance? Mein Onkel ist Anwalt und ich kann über ihn akteneinsicht anfordern um wiederspruch zu finden. Ich fahre morgen direkt zum Anwalt, der nicht mein Onkel ish und nur familienrecht studiert hat,vielleicht kann er mir da weiterhelfen. Das ganze wird aber nicht günstig und ich bin in probezeit und finanziell auch nicht so gut aufgestellt, dass ich riskieren kann den Prozess zu verlieren. Ist es dann besser die Strafe hinzunehmen und das aufbauseminar zu machen? HILFEEE 🙁
