Student worker working over 20 hours?

Hello, I'm a student and have been working as a student trainee in retail since March. My contract is limited to one year and I work 20 hours per week. My actual weekly working hours so far are as follows:

Week 9: 2.5 pm (8.5 of which are Saturdays)

Week 10: 18.5h

Week 11: 33h (8.5 of which are Saturdays)

Week 12: 33 hours (8.5 of which are Saturdays)

Week 13: 18.5h (+8.25h on Saturdays, which were canceled due to illness)

Week 14: 27 hours (8.5 of which are Saturdays)

Week 15: 33 hours (8.5 of which are Saturdays)

Week 16: 19.5 (8.5 of which on Saturdays)

Week 5: 7 pm (of which 6.25 on Sundays)

Week 18: expected 6 pm

Now my question is: What regulations do I have to observe in order not to lose my working student privilege during the course of the school year?

The weekly working hours of 20 hours will probably be exceeded during the lecture period, but then also by working on weekends (as in week 14)

If a student spends an employment of more than 20 hours a week, he is free of insurance only if the 20 hour limit is exceeded by employment periods on weekends or in the evening and night hours and employment is limited to no more than 26 weeks. Occupations that are performed only during the semester holidays are – regardless of the situation of working hours – insurance-free. If several of these temporary jobs are carried out with more than 20 hours per week, they may not exceed 26 weeks in total over one year. In an indefinite or temporary employment of more than 26 weeks with a weekly working time of up to 20 hours, for a temporary exceeding of the 20-hour limit, due to additional periods of employment on weekends, in the evening and night hours or the semester holidays, there can only be insurance freedom under certain conditions.

Working students may work for a maximum of 20 hours per week during the lecture period in order to retain their privilege in social security. An examination of pension insurance would subsequently lead to the employer having to reimburse the employer and the employee shares in sickness, nursing and unemployment insurance.

You really don't happen. The risk lies with the employer.
