Structured interview at the tax office (3rd QE)?

Have a nice evening everyone,

Tomorrow morning, I finally have my structured interview at the tax office (Bavaria). I want to start studying there in October. I'm feeling pretty nervous now and have a question about the interview. I've already googled it, of course, and I have a book, but that hasn't really helped me much.

My question(s):

What is expected of me in this interview, what questions will be asked, etc.? Can anyone share their experiences with me?

Thank you in advance!

LG

When you enter Google's search for "structured interview finanzamt Bayern", it will show you the page of the Bavarian State Office for Taxes – including an Info-Pdf to Download

Everything in all: It sounds more terrible than it is;-.) It really takes three hours and consists of general conversations, interviews and role-playing.

Stay authentic. If you don't act like the last Honk, you have nothing to fear in this phase. Be punctual! Ordinary clothing, ordinary appearance, openness and role-playing a little brain. That's all it takes.

Then make a nice day in Würzburg 😉 the residence is right opposite and the pedestrian zone is worth seeing;-)

No problem, no reason to be nervous The interview should actually not be hard to ask them to ask about your experiences and skills as well as to your motivation for the job as well as they will try to get to know better and tell you a few details about the financial office just stay cool and provide good answers. Good luck

My friend works at the tax office. In her interview, cases were described where she should briefly explain how to proceed. And they will ask you what your skills are and why you want to start your career/study at the tax office.
