Power transfer USB 3.2 Gen 2?

What does it mean to check the Be Quiet power supply box? I wanted to build a PC with an RTX 4070 Ti Super and a Ryzen 7 7800x3D, and I wanted a 750W power supply. But if I check the box with USB 3.2 Gen 2, it would be at 97% capacity, and without it, it would be barely at all.

up to 100 watts can be delivered via USB 3.2. The 100 watts are, of course, only extracted if you connect a corresponding device with corresponding power consumption without external power supply. For orientation, an external hard drive requires a maximum of about 11 watts. A smartphone with a quick line function can pull up to 50 watts.

So if you cross usb 3.2 for power transmission, the power subcomputer adds 100 Watt per usb 3.2 connection.
