Power consumption of the power amplifier / cable cross-section?
Hello dear community,
I'd like to get the Hertz HCP 1DK for my car. The datasheet for this amplifier states: " Consumption @ 2 Ohm, 14.4 VDC (Max Musical Power): 45 A."
According to this information, I should be able to get by with a 3.5 m cable with a cross-section of 10 mm². However, this seems incorrect to me. Or rather, the 2 ohms in the information confuse me.

minimum 25mm² eher sogar 35mm² nehmen OFC Kupfer.
Ok. Habe ich mir schon gedacht. Der Port dieser Endstufe ist bis max AWG8 ausgelegt also ca 15,5mm im Durchmesser. Wie pömpel ich denn so ein dickes Kabel da rein?
