Streit mit Lehrerin?
ich hab ein Problem und weiß grad echt nicht weiter. Seit Monaten hab ich Streit mit ein paar Mädchen aus meiner Klasse. Klar, ich geb zu, dass ich nicht immer unschuldig bin, aber die provozieren mich echt extrem.
Neulich wurde ich dann sogar beschuldigt, einem Mädchen blaue Flecken zugefügt zu haben. Die Schule wollte das direkt auf mich schieben. Vor Gericht kam dann aber raus, dass da nix dran ist und das Verfahren wurde eingestellt. Meine Klassenlehrerin, die sowieso schon auf der Seite der Mädchen war, hat vor Gericht ausgesagt sie hätte gesehen, wie ich handgreiflich war. Mein Anwalt hat sie dann aber so richtig in die Mangel genommen, und am Ende konnte sie sich plötzlich an nichts mehr erinnern.
Seitdem ignoriert mich die Lehrerin komplett und würdigt mich keinen Blick mehr. Ich muss ehrlich zugeben, dass ich am nächsten Tag extra provoziert hab und zu ihr gesagt hab: „Lügen haben kurze Beine“ und gelacht hab. War nicht cool von mir ich weiß
Jetzt weiß ich aber echt nicht, was ich machen soll. Sie ist ja meine Klassenlehrerin und so geht’s nicht weiter. Sie ist ja ganz klar parteiisch und das merke ich auch an meinen Noten

In such an extreme situation you can only change the school at the latest to the next school year.
I believe that there is nothing to be saved after false statements and such bias.
Besides, you should behave especially correctly and well from now on and not provoke or do marginal things. Let your behavior be so perfect that nobody can do anything to you. Ignore the affected girls completely and don’t let them provoke you.
That’s a very good advice. I wouldn’t have answered anything else.
In such a situation it is justified to change the school. Maybe you can stay away first.

You are now at the focus of all those responsible at school. You have to be exemplary from now on. If you do something, it always means “Where smoke is, there is also fire.”
The problem is obvious. When is the next teacher change? You could ask her not to teach you anymore. Otherwise, you are respectful and despised of such skunks that undermine their authority in the public.
