Die rechtlichen Bestimmungen in Deutschland sind andere. In den USA ist es in vielen Städten möglich den Stand überall dort aufzubauen, wo man öffentlich parken darf. Parkticket lösen genügt. Zudem sind mancherorts bestimmte Zonen am Straßenrand für Street Food reserviert.
In Deutschland darf der Verkauf nur auf Privatgrundstücken, z. B. auf Supermarkt-Parkplätzen, oder bei bestimmten Veranstaltungen (Festivals, Märkte, Sport) stattfinden. Einfach irgendwo öffentlich parken und verkaufen geht nicht.
Klar. Die Dinger werden auch in Europa verkauft. Ob Du sie betreiben darfst, ist eine andere Sache.
