Bei welchen Streaming-Plattformen kann man Filme kaufen und diese auch richtig als Datei herunterladen (z. B. im .avi-Format), sodass man diese lokal speichern und abspielen kann, wann und wo man will, unabhängig! von einer App?

most streaming platforms unfortunately only offer downloads within their own apps, so that you cannot save them as independent files. But there are some ways to really buy and download movies as a file:

Platforms with download, but often with DRM protection:
These platforms offer downloads, but mostly with DRM, so that the files cannot be played without special software:
Alternative: If you have a DVD or Blu-ray, you can use programs like Make-up or HandBrake save the film itself as a file.
If you are looking for a certain kind of film, I can also look for a platform!

Streaming services do not offer this because the files can then be copied and the user could just keep looking after the subscription is cancelled.
It is not about a subscription, but about buying a movie;)

Such a copy protection would be avoided
It would be nice if there was a copy protection for files, but they can be moved and can be played as normal as .avi or the like. That would be optimal and definitely feasible.
