Stream redirection or forwarding LAN?

Hey, my question is whether I can retrieve a stream with, for example, the RaspBerryPi5 and then forward it locally.

My thought is about Waipu.tv

The internet is currently very bad here and my idea was that I could watch the same program on two devices without having to download the stream from the internet twice.

So the RasPi, for example, should pull the stream normally from Waipu.tv and then the RasPi should stream it as a livestream in the LAN and the end devices should then pick it up and display it.

Are there any ready-made programs or similar things and if so, do they or similar things also work with waipu?

I have an account where I can watch on 4 devices at the same time.

It would just be practical if the same channels could continue to be streamed over the LAN.
