Road traffic: how fast can I drive here?

Dear community,

a quick question about the speed limit.

Let's assume that the speed limit on a road within a built-up area is 40 km/h. Then there's a sign saying 30 km/h, but only from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

How fast can I drive there outside of the designated hours? Will the speed limit still be 40 km/h, or can I drive 50 km/h?
Or to put it another way: does the Temp 30 sign also lift the previous limit outside of the valid time or is it simply ignored?

Thanks and greetings
Mick

Hello,

outside the time mentioned, the traffic sign has no meaning. So you can imagine it wouldn’t be there. Thus, 40 km/h shall continue to apply unless otherwise repealed.

You can drive 40 if you drive there, for example, at 6:00.

So you can drive quickly from 4pm in the afternoon to 8pm in the morning like 40 hour kilometers.
