Strange numbers are calling me and know who I am, what can I do?

A few days ago, I received several calls on FaceTime and WhatsApp from a number in Chicago, but I didn't really think much of it and blocked the number. Today, I received several more calls on FaceTime from a number in Texas. I kept hanging up, and at some point, I threatened to call the person. A few minutes later, this person sent a video of himself doing immoral things, with a picture of my face in the background. I really don't know how these people got my number; they're not even from the same country as me. I assumed I was hacked by TikTok (my number isn't linked to the account, but my email is). I'm really desperate.
