Strange emails, Google Drive?

So I've noticed that my boyfriend has been getting emails like this every day lately, from lots of different email addresses, each one with a document attached, with a picture of a woman. I don't know, but on Google Drive it always says that a folder has been shared with him. There are Word documents in there too? Each one has a picture of a woman, and there's a link, and you're supposed to click on it if you want to get to know this woman or something. But it's a different website each time. What is that?
