Hello, I rented a car in Italy four months ago and drove through the ZTL zone. The rental company sent me a copy of the mail with a QR code for payment. The rental company said they had given my details to the authorities and that I would receive a mail. Can I pay my fine now, or do I have to wait? The rental company says I have to wait, but I don't know why.
