I ordered from Stradivarius on December 30, 2024, but nothing has arrived. I received an email saying I'd get another email with the tracking number, but it still hasn't arrived, and it's now January 10, 2025. I also googled it, and it said the order would arrive in 2-5 business days.
does anyone have the same problem?
