That's a problem. First, look for the entry hole. Remember, Martens are slim, so don't look for a barn door. Look for something the size of a 0.33l beer bottle. Look for hole plugs and other entry points.
Be careful, the Marten has to be outside; if he is inside he will find a new way in.
Various plants (eg rosemary) deter it, and there are also marten deterrents.
It is important that all holes are sealed; it also climbs up walls or drainpipes.

Good luck.
Have a local hunter or pest controller set a trap.
Close up the places the marten gets in through, otherwise you'll have one again at some point.
Borrow a dog. Or collect dog hair and distribute it.
Mine also disappeared when I moved in with my dog.
Contact animal protection and have it removed.
May I ask how he bothers you there?
Well, the insulation in the attic is broken, so I can't sleep properly at night (bedroom in the attic). It has to go…
Should work with a live trap – and then take it far away…
Don't forget to improve the insulation!
