I had severe stomach pain 5 days ago and on the 2nd day I had diarrhea once a day and since then I have not had a bowel movement. I eat enough and have stomach pain. What could it be? I have not had a bowel movement for 3 days and have stomach cramps.

Hey, I'm 18 and lately I've been having darker and harder stools. They're really dark without light, but a normal dark brown with the light from my cell phone. There's light blood on some of the stool, like from a wound. And there's a lot of mucus around it… brownish, so it looks like diarrhea…
