Stochastic mathematics?

Hello,

I simply don't understand the solution to this green-marked task…

Why is P(headache AND dizziness) calculated in the solution formula and not + P(headache AND dizziness)????????
Is the solution wrong or am I making a mistake in my thinking?

Thanks for help 🙂
