Stitches removed 7 days after circumcision?

I was circumcised exactly one week ago. The reason was phimosis.
1.Question : My two stitches came undone 3-4 days after the operation due to unavoidable erections. My question now is, will this heal normally or should I be worried that something unsightly will occur.
2nd question : I got up this morning and noticed when I went to change my bandage that two stitches had already dissolved. And that was a week after the operation. Isn't that too early? The areas where they dissolved look normal; I don't see any problems so far.

Congratulations on circumcision. The threads can be easily detached or partially removed after a week (each 2nd thread). This creates a more beautiful scar. Nor does it need to be linked. Wear possibly tight underpants to avoid an initially too strong friction at the textile. Scary ointment can be applied to the wound edges. Otherwise you’re on a good course! Go on. From the 8th-10th day you can pull the remaining threads well! Good healing!
The threads broke up with me after a week. If the wound is closed and dry, you don’t have to worry. Otherwise, you should visit your doctor again.
These questions should all go to the doctor who operates/treated you. There will surely be a post-controlled
