All psychoactive substances can be consumed in Germany. There are no laws that prohibit mere consumption or impose sanctions. However, any other handling of these substances may be more or less severely restricted. Drugs usually have to be bought and possessed to be able to consume them. In the case of substances covered by the BtMG, this is punishable. In those who fall under the New Psychoactive Substance Act (NpSG), this is only prohibited but not punishable.

In spite of the law, ingenious chemists regularly invent new psychoactive substances which sometimes resemble the known banned, more or less strongly, and can therefore replace them more or less well. With the various LSD derivatives, some worthy LSD successors seem to have been created. These are, in some cases, prodrugs, sometimes suspected. It means that they are metabolized in the body to ordinary LSD and also act like this. Finally, this is only conditional, an additional own effectiveness cannot be ruled out precisely in the case of newer substances.

However, the NpSG is also regularly adjusted, under which the new designer drugs can also fall. Then the chemists come back and publish the next new substance. And so on and so on.

certain derivatives until they are prohibited. I cannot deny or confirm whether they have the same effect.

The use of illegal drugs is generally not illegal in Germany. Just the property. So if you’re being pampered by the police without breaking other laws (to move a car, e.g.), then nix can happen to you.

Well… The procedure is a little different. People of the driver’s license are removed who had consumed the last time some weeks ago. In Germany, consumption of illegal drugs is sufficient detectable is. Detection is unequal intoxicated. We differentiate here exclusively with the alcohol.

It’s not that easy…

But only with intoxicating ingredients in the body.

If, for example, NUR degradation products of THC (THC-COOH etc.) are found in the blood test, it is known that the person has consumed cannabis, but there is nothing to fear.

The problem is the fat-soluble THC that adheres easily to the fatty tissue and is therefore slowly degraded.

You’re right in case of a driver’s license. However, this is not because it is illegal, but that the driving licence authority has a legitimate doubt about driving a vehicle. Is the same as when you are stopped on the street with 3 promille. Then the same can happen.

But it’s just “blot” about the lobe. Not for impunity or the like.

Edit: Oh, with regard to alcohol you have written 😉

But then you have something to fear. Everything was in my environment.

No, that’s not the same thing. This happens exclusively in illegal drugs.

And if I like to have a tricky one and not drive a car (and sometimes seriously, as a case typically don’t have a bump on it, much. too stressful), the submission of legitimate doubts is just a freak. What is important is that all sober cars drive or not? Through a hair sample, you can also prove alcohol consumption over weeks, why do we take a different scale here? It doesn’t make sense.

It only works until they are banned. Let LSD take your fingers.
