Staying upright in one place is also called Boje and you move your legs very easily.

It’s really not that hard to lie on your back.

There’s the famous bathtub. There you lie on your back and the feet point forward, where you want to swim and only move your arms. This, however, has some very big problems, although you can or cannot. This is really impossible to practice, but whoever has it for the present is very easy to implement.

Move only the legs, similar to normal swimming movements, but stay upright

The body is a bit lighter than the water that is displaced by it. “dead man” play. => When you come to complete rest in the back position and breathe quietly deep, you float on normal water!

I once saw a woman who managed to do this, I’ve never seen anything like that again, no one knows where that can be.
